This Privacy Policy explains how Thirty Three Apps (“Thirty Three Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Beauty Face Filters mobile application (the “App”).

2. Scope of This Policy

3. Permissions and Device Features We Use

Depending on how you use the App, we may request access to:

    Used to show a live camera preview and apply beauty filters and effects.

  • Microphone
    Used only if you record video with audio.

  • Photos / Photo Library
    Used if you choose to save, export, or share photos or videos from the App.

You can manage permissions in your device settings. If you deny certain permissions, some features may not work properly.

4. Information We Collect

A. Content You Create and On-Device Processing

When you use the App, camera frames are processed in real time so filters and effects can be shown on the live preview.

To position certain effects correctly, the App may process face landmarks or similar visual features in real time on the device. We do not use this processing to identify you as a person.

Photos and videos you create in the App are generally stored on your device or in the App’s local storage unless you choose to export, share, or back them up through another service.

B. Purchase Information

If the App offers in-app purchases and you choose to make a purchase, Apple handles the payment transaction.

We and our purchase service provider may receive transaction-related information such as:

  • purchased product or subscription identifier

  • purchase status

  • transaction or receipt information

  • subscription or entitlement status

  • restore and renewal status

We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
