This Privacy Policy explains how Thirty Three Apps (“Thirty Three Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Beauty Face Filters mobile application (the “App”).
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed when you:
use the App’s camera and beauty filter features
take photos or record videos in the App
view advertising in the App
make in-app purchases, if offered
contact us for support
use the App while analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and lens SDKs are active
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or apps that may be linked from the App or used by our service providers. Those third parties have their own privacy policies.
3. Permissions and Device Features We Use
Depending on how you use the App, we may request access to:

Used to show a live camera preview and apply beauty filters.Microphone
Used only if you record video with audio.Photos / Photo Library
Used if you choose to save, export, or share photos or videos from the App.
You can manage permissions in your device settings. If you deny certain permissions, some features may not work properly.
4. Information We Collect
A. Content You Create, Face Data, and On-Device Processing
When you use the App, camera frames are processed in real time so beauty filters can be shown on the live preview.
To position certain effects correctly, the App processes face landmarks, face geometry, or similar visual features (“face data”) in real time on the device.
We use face data only to render and apply beauty, makeup, and 3D AR effects during live preview and when you capture a photo or video.
We do not use face data to identify you as a person, create a biometric template, authenticate identity, or for advertising, marketing, profiling, analytics, or data mining.
Face data is processed temporarily on-device and in memory while the camera feature is active. Face data is not sent to our servers and is not retained after the real-time processing ends.
If you choose to capture a photo or video, the final media file may be saved to your device, your photo library, or the App’s local storage. The underlying face data used for rendering is not retained as a separate dataset.
Photos and videos you create in the App are generally stored on your device or in the App’s local storage unless you choose to export, share, or back them up through another service.
B. Purchase Information
If the App offers in-app purchases and you choose to make a purchase, Apple handles the payment transaction.
We and our purchase service provider may receive transaction-related information such as:
purchased product or subscription identifier
purchase status
transaction or receipt information
subscription or entitlement status
restore and renewal status
We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
C. Device, Usage, Advertising, and Diagnostic Information
We and our third-party service providers may collect information such as:
device model
operating system version
app version
language and time zone
IP address
app instance identifiers
advertising identifiers, where available and permitted
network and carrier information
approximate location inferred from IP address
app usage events and feature interactions
ad impressions, clicks, and ad performance data
crash logs

D. Support Communications
If you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as:

5. Third-Party Services and SDKs
The App uses third-party SDKs and service providers that may process information to provide their services. These may include:
Snap Camera Kit – for AR lens rendering and effect delivery
RevenueCat – for in-app purchase infrastructure and entitlement management
Firebase Analytics – for analytics and app usage measurement
Firebase Crashlytics – for crash reporting and diagnostics
LevelPlay (ironSource Mediation) – for ad mediation
Google AdMob – for advertising
Mintegral – for advertising
These providers may process identifiers, IP address, device information, app activity, advertising data, purchase status, and diagnostic information in accordance with their own privacy practices and applicable law.
In the course of normal Camera Kit operation, Snap states that Camera Kit may collect anonymized usage and performance metrics that are not linked to you.
Face data used for AR effect placement in the App is processed on-device only. We do not share face data with advertising partners, analytics providers, purchase providers, or our servers.

show live beauty filters and effects
process face data on-device solely to position and render selected effects in real time
allow you to create, save, export, and share content
process and restore in-app purchases and entitlements
display, measure, and improve advertising
understand usage trends and improve features
monitor performance, fix crashes, and debug issues
protect against fraud, abuse, and security risks

We do not share face data with advertising partners, analytics providers, purchase providers, or our servers. Face data used for AR effect placement is processed on-device only.

face data, including face landmarks, face geometry, and similar visual features used to render AR effects, is processed temporarily on-device while the camera feature is active and is not retained after the real-time processing ends
purchase and entitlement records may be retained to provide access, restore purchases, and meet legal or accounting obligations
crash and diagnostic data may be retained for a reasonable period to investigate and fix issues
analytics data may be retained to understand long-term product performance
photos and videos created in the App generally remain on your device or in local app storage unless you delete them or share them elsewhere
10. International Transfers
Our service providers may process information on servers located outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
If local law sets a higher age threshold for children’s privacy protections, we will apply the higher standard where required.
