Privacy Policy
Thirty Three Apps (“Thirty Three Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the mobile application Christmas Face Filters (the “App”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
1) Who We Are
Controller / Business: Thirty Three Apps
Contact Email: contact@thirtythreeapps.com
Contact Page: https://thirtythreeapps.com/contact-us
2) What This Policy Covers
This policy covers information processed:
When you use the App’s camera features (including AR / Lenses)
When you view ads in the App
When the App sends analytics / crash and performance data to our service providers
When you contact us for support
This policy does not cover third-party websites or services you access via links in the App. Their policies apply.
3) Permissions and Device Features We Use
Depending on how you use the App, we may request these Android permissions:
Camera (to show a live camera preview and apply AR effects)
Microphone (only if you record video with audio and/or a Lens adds audio effects)
Photos/Media (Media Library / Storage) (to let you pick, save, or share photos/videos)
You can always control permissions in your device settings. If you deny permissions, some features may not work.
4) Information We Collect (and What We Don’t)
A. Content You Create (Photos/Videos)
If you take a photo or record a video in the App, that content is processed to show you the result.
By default, we do not upload your photos/videos to our own servers.
B. AR / Lenses (Snap Camera Kit)
The App uses Snap’s Camera Kit to let you apply augmented reality (“AR”) Lenses.
When you use AR features:
The App must access the camera and microphone.
AR features may use technology that detects/estimates certain features (for example, where your eyes, hands, or nose are) so that effects can be placed correctly on the live camera image. (This kind of processing is a typical AR function.)
Snap’s Camera Kit may collect anonymized usage and performance metrics as part of normal operation.
Important: We do not add tracking technologies (like pixels, tags, or cookies) inside Lenses, and we do not use Lenses to collect personal data except as needed to provide the AR experience.
C. Device & Usage Data (Analytics / Diagnostics / Ads)
The App and our third-party SDKs may collect:
Device information: device model, OS version, language, time zone, app version
Identifiers: Android Advertising ID and/or other app instance identifiers
Network info: IP address, carrier, connection type
Approximate location inferred from IP (common for ad delivery/measurement)
App events/usage: screens viewed, feature interactions (including AR feature usage), ad impressions/clicks (as applicable)
Diagnostics: crash logs, performance data, and error reports
D. Support Communications
If you email us, we receive the information you include (such as your email address and the contents of your message). We use it only to respond and provide support.
5) Snap’s Terms of Service Notice (Camera Kit)
Before a user can interact with Snap Camera Kit Lenses, Snap requires users to accept Snap’s Terms of Service and acknowledge Snap’s Privacy Policy. This is typically shown via a non-customizable legal prompt provided by the Camera Kit SDK.
If a user declines that prompt, Lenses will not run.
6) How We Use Information
We use information to:
Provide core camera functionality and AR features (including Lenses)
Save or share your creations when you choose to do so
Deliver, measure, and improve ads
Understand app performance and fix bugs (crash reporting/diagnostics)
Improve features and user experience
Prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues
Comply with legal obligations
7) How We Share Information
We may share information in these situations:
A. With Snap (Camera Kit)
When you use AR Lenses, Snap’s Camera Kit services are involved in delivering Lens functionality and may receive certain technical/usage information as described above.
B. With Our Service Providers (Analytics, Crash Reporting, Ads)
The App uses third-party SDKs that may collect and process data to provide services like analytics, crash reporting, and advertising. These may include:
Google Play Services
Google Analytics for Firebase
Firebase Crashlytics
AdMob
ironSource
Mintegral
These providers may act as independent controllers or processors depending on the service and region, and they may use identifiers (like Advertising ID), IP address, and event data to provide measurement and advertising services.
C. For Legal / Safety Reasons
We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to:
Comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
Enforce our rights, protect safety, investigate fraud, or respond to security issues
D. Business Transfers
If we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
8) Advertising Choices
If the App shows ads, ad partners may use identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and measurement.
You can often limit ad personalization by:
Adjusting your device’s ad privacy settings
Resetting your Advertising ID in device settings
(Availability depends on Android version and device manufacturer.)
9) Data Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. For example:
Crash logs and performance data are retained for a reasonable period to investigate and fix issues
Analytics data may be retained to understand long-term product performance
Photos/videos you create remain on your device unless you choose to share them elsewhere
10) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11) International Transfers
Our service providers may process information on servers located outside your country (including outside the EEA/UK). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) to support cross-border transfers.
12) Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
13) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy.
